Biography
The voice behind the music
Taher Shubab is an Afghan singer and live performer whose warm, expressive voice has made him a beloved name among Persian- and Dari-speaking audiences across Europe and beyond.
Rooted in the rich traditions of Afghan and Persian music, his songs move effortlessly between heartfelt ballads and joyful, high-energy celebration music — the kind that fills dance floors at weddings and brings whole families to their feet.
From intimate acoustic sets to grand gala evenings and appearances at events such as the Diamond Music Awards, he is equally at home with a guitar in hand or in front of a full band.
Based in Frankfurt, Germany, Taher performs at concerts, festivals, weddings, cultural celebrations and private events internationally, bringing a polished stage presence and a genuine connection with every audience.
